You will certainly hear me alluding to living in the moment often. But my friend Paul has a way with words and I think this is very profound. Been Future Tripping much lately?

Thanks for asking, Kentster. I have been future tripping far less lately. It's much more pleasant.
Sue, the Kentster is much freer of all those exhausting emotions and reactions also. I loved it when Paul made this post. I then had a name for it.
When last year Jesus suggested that I stop worrying about tomorrow and live in him in the moment, and that transition began to happen as Paul points to in his post, I came to recongize Joy and Peace as constant traveling companions also. I had never ever thought about the fact that they had always been here with me and it was me that constantly left them through future tripping.
Today this is what I say: Future? What future? Today is enough right now at this moment. I love the transformation.
I love the transformation too. It's amazing how much there is to SEE in the present moment. I'm reading two books about this sort of thing at the moment - neither are Christian - one called The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, which is great, and a book caled Slowing Down to the Speed of Life, whch I've read once before and got a great deal out of. It's funny how we need to relearn to stay in the present in some ways.
