For those that don't know, that is my friend Wayne Jacobsen in the other picture with me during our visit with Rob Horton and the group of friends he hangs out with.
I changed my appearance to look more like a hairstylist at the time. Earring and all.
It really worked for me well beyond the hairstylist gig also. I hate stereo types and people were always shocked to find out I was so conservative (the former me)based upon the way I looked. It was also fun during that time because I was playing some good golf and seeing the looks on the "cool" traditional golfer guys shocked faces in the foresome waiting behind us on the tee after I drove my ball long and straight down the fairway was just so much fun.
