ROUGH MIDWEST WEATHER

This first photo of this Japanese Iris was taken right before a severe afternoon storm hit our area. It had become so dark (2:00 in the afternoon) I had to use my flash

I had just stepped back inside the house when the downpour hit.

All of these pictures are from after the storm that brought us strong winds that brought trees down throughout our neighborhood, followed by hail, and rain that transformed the walkways and streets into mini rivers. Midwest storms are wild weather events.
